We have been busy preparing a good set of developer resources to release with SL 2 Beta 1, and we are finally done (the fact that it's the night before MIX is a coincidence, really). We have docs on MSDN Library, code samples, and a couple of quickstarts on http://silverlight.net.

The recenlty-launched MSDN Code Gallery is great for rolling up all of these, so here's the page I created:
http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/silverlightws.

Code Gallery also has a nice comments feature built in, so you can use that to submit your feedback, or to let us know if you find something that's broken.
