I've been with our great academic team to launch the Imagine Cup Software Design Windows Live Award.

Basically - its a software dev competition for students to build compelling applications using the Windows Live Platform.

This isn't the first of its type - a co-worker of mine Jim Jin launched CampusMashups which is a student competition at a few select colleges in the USA.

The Imagine Cup has enormous reach so I'm super excited.

The Imagine Cup 2008 Theme: "Imagine a world where technology enables a sustainable environment."
