Control C is an automated 3 steps solution that will monitor your clipboard and store the data for you so you can later share or retrieve for yourself contents copied to your clipboard that otherwise would have been lost forever.

After you register, and install their software, any time you hit Ctrl-C, the information ( You can copy a link to a webpage, textual content, content or link in webpage or in an email ) is saved in you local clipboard as well uploaded from your clipboard to ControlC website to store under your account.

When the information is uploaded, it is encrypted using your password as the key. When you need to retrieve the text, or would like to share it with other users, you can login to your account and make the items public, or simply review them for your own needs.

You can search other user's copied links and text to find other people that share the same interests as you. You can make friendship relationships with other users, and star items of interest to make finding them again easy.
