So, lets get back to the title post, I recently came across, ZinText is a new contextual affiliate advertising delivery platform, that instantly scan high value keywords in your content to link relevant products on eBay. In a nutshell your site will filled with text links in less time. Unlike other Inline or In-Text advertising services, ZinText doesn’t display pop-up box, instead the links look just like regular links, which once clicked send the user to an appropriate eBay page, and if they do any transactions there, you earn money. Signup: ZinText is an ad delivery mechanism only, and doesn’t own it’s advertising network, so they don’t have signup/registration process. To get going, all you need:

1. Your website/blog with english content.
2. To be a member of eBay’s affiliate network to use ZinText, incase, if you’re not an eBay affiliate, you can signup with ZinText’s affiliate link.
3. You must be a memeber of Commission Junction (leader of affiliate marketing, online advertising, and search engine marketing services). Becasue:
   • all payments are processed via Commission Junctions only.
   • All tracking is handled through Commission Junction, check the "Performance Reports" section to see your click data.
4. A PID (Publisher ID), if you’re already a member or have signedup above with Commission Junction. Just find your PID by clicking Account => Web site Settings.

Implementation: Once you meet all above requirements, simply go to their Get Started page, and fill some basic infomormation, like:

• Your eBay PID and SID
• Enter your keywords(whitelist) that you want to get link to, separated by commas
  ( ex. britney spears,tomatoes,Gateway Laptops,Apple )
• Enter your words(blacklist) that you definitely don’t to link to, separated by commas
  ( ex. britney spears,tomatoes,Gateway Laptops,Apple )
• If you’re a member of international ebay sites, you can send your visitors to the appropriate eBay website with your PID by checking “Yes” or checking “No” sends all your visitors to the US eBay.
• Finally get your code and place it right before the closing </body> HTML tag, for the ads to appear site wide.
  • If you want the ads to appear only on certain portions of your website/blog for e.g. on Archive page, post page etc. then, instead of adding the code(as directed above), you can add in the requried templates, in the e.g. open your Archive & post template and add the code.

Finally, how much you make money online depends on your individual traffic. But note:

ZinText says - as a fee for providing this service, a (very tiny) portion of the clicks from your site go under our PID, so we make money the same way you do - from the eBay program!

So, you shouldn’t wonder, why you’re not getting ful payments.
