Microsoft Hey Genius Jobs Site

Microsoft must run at least a million web sites by now (not including millions of Live Spaces), and I’d bet at least a third of them are job recruiting sites. Witness one of the latest ones, "Hey Genius", with strange black and white Flash animations (that move in a really cool way when clicked), designed, according to Valleywag, to make Microsoft look like a hipster startup.
