The Xbox LIVE Marketplace Video Store. From December 11 we'll be able to rent standard definition films for 250 points, or pay 380 points - about £3.20 - for a high-def download.

New-ish movies like 300 and The Good German stand out on the list of what'll be available on day one, but the rest of the launch list of films is decidedly old looking. The three Matrix films will be there for download, as will Lethal Weapon 3 & 4, Mars Attacks!, Superman III and some very peculiar other movies like Analyze This and Space Cowboys.
