Tag Booster is a Microsoft Research project. The goal is to investigate performance and design of algorithms for collaborative information tagging applications.

TagBooster User Study: Choose keywords and answer a few questions for the opportunity to win a prize

The study is about social tagging: We are interested in the way users describe Web pages and the choice of keywords (also known as tags) they use. Our findings will be used to help the scientific community better understand the nature of social tagging. This may ultimately have an impact on the design and improvement of existing tagging systems or even give rise to new systems.
