Traffic Shaper XP enables you to monitor and limit bandwidth usage on your computer or local network. You can create rules for upload and download activities and limit the bandwidth usage to X bytes/sec with the option to further filter the rule by local or remote IP address. The program also includes a real-time traffic monitor with detailed statistics for each ongoing upload or download. Traffic Shaper XP is limited to the TCP protocol.
