Extended Live Archive (ELA) WordPress 2.3 Plugin


Based on an idea discussed on Binary Bonsai, the ELA plugin implements a dynamic, AJAXified way of digging into the archives of a blog.

Unfortunately, Extended Live Archives (ELA) functioning ceased in WordPress 2.3 due to built-in tagging and schema changes.

Here comes tinyau to help all ELA users, who has modified ELA to accommodate the new database schema of WordPress 2.3. The changes has been made to four files:

  1. af-extended-live-archive.php
  2. af-extended-live-archive-include.php
  3. af-extended-live-archive-option.php
  4. includes/af-ela.php
