An Yahoo! Search Marketing blog post discusses about the new feature called “Blocked Domains,� which'll launch later this month.

The Blocked Domains feature, allows you to specify certain sites in partner distribution network on which you do not want your ads to appear. Blocked Domains will allow Yahoo advertisers to block their ads from showing on up to 250 domains within the Yahoo Publisher Network and distribution network.
