Finance bible The Economist just ran a cover story with the now familiar "is Google evil?" theme but managed to uncover a deliciously vicious quote from an unnamed ex-Googler. The magazine wrote, "The internal attitude towards customers, rivals and partners is 'you can't stop us' and 'we will crush you,' [the ex-Google employee] says. That 'kinder, gentler' image is 'mythology' and, he reckons, Google gets away with it only because of its impressively high share price." Yet another ex-Googler claims the company's personnel department is "collapsing" and operates in "absolute chaos."
