the main thing wrong with this plug in is that it does not generate the js code to put at the end of your page before the closing body tag.  At least I could not see it anywhere.  I went to my amazon associates account for my code.

It appears to me that the plugin needs to be mod to show a text box with the js code to be put before the closing body tag.</description>
