Microsoft Provisioning System SDK April 2007
ISVs and Hosters can use this MPS SDK to develop applications that are enabled for multi-tenancy capability. Create providers and namespaces specific to provisioning and hosting that allow your applications to be used by many users simultaneously.
The Microsoft Provisioning System SDK April 2007 includes updated API documentation for Hosted Messaging and Collaboration version 4.0.
