Category Page Plugin

This plugin allow to bind a Page to a Category, and display the page content on top of category page, tweaking archives.php or adding a custom category.php file (example file for default WP theme is bundled in the plugin). It provide a theme function called page2cat_output(), which accept $cat as a parameter.
