The newest addition to the Google Book Search Project, which aims to index the world’s books, is Tokyo’s Keio University and its library of over 120,000 books, all in Japanese. Keio, being the 26th library to participate in the project, is the first Japanese language addition to Google Book Search. Other universities include Harvard, Stanford, University of Chicago and Ohio State University.

The public domain material from Keio University can be accessed at books.google.co.jp or by searching in Japanese from books.google.com.
