This plugin is based on the the_author filter which and is a full replacement for the_author_link(). It add's a link under the post author's name to his profile page (his/her website URL, all posts written by him/her and so on). It is mainly written for people how has not so much idea of PHP coding or does want to have a simple plugin for install-and-done.
