These plug-in convert the simple comment box into a magic box where a person can directly type in Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu. These plug-ins are helping user writing comments and helping owner write/edit a post/page in 8 Indian languages on WordPress. Typing is extremely simple as it is following transliteration keyboard layout.

Installaion instructions:

  • Download and extract on your local folder.
  • Upload extracted contents to  wp-content/plugins directory. So plug-in filepath will become "wp-content/plugins/LANGUAGEWriter/LANGUAGEWriter.php" where LANGUAGE is the plug-in language.
  • Activate the plug-in in your WordPress admin panel.

    Hi,

    This is really nice. I use something very similar to a plugin. But this works online and hence, I believe renders much better than an offline translator.

    It's called http://quillpad.in/kannada/ . I suppose you would've heard about it. I wanted to note that because this dispenses away the jargon of capital letters, etc, it is considerably faster.
    I blog extensively in Kannada and I've found it very useful. Please try it out.
