Windows Live Gallery recently awarded Silver Tier medals to some top developers, looking to recognize them for their frequent contributions, and to begin to develop a system of reputation that will make it easier to choose gadgets on Gallery.  Gadgets from these developers now have a Silver medal next to their name.
