It's here, Start Menu that looks very promising to replicate Vista Start Menu that everyone can use it without running Vista OS. As for public beta build, it's not done yet. There're still some functions need to be implemented in like Search, Default programs and Frequently used applications. In this public beta release, you can use All Programs access, Right pane side items and shutdown/logoff buttons with full Vista effects like transparency and fancy image rolling on items.

Something may differ from the real Vista start menu like turn off instead of stand by button. Some images and text may not be exactly same as Vista since it has some special rendering in the real Vista start menu. I hope you'll be enjoying this public beta release and expect the full complete release in Vista Transformation Pack 7.0

Known issues that can't be fixed: You need to turn off "show shadows under menus" visual effects because that will cause flashing shadow when you open start menu.
