Advanced user management is a scenario that addresses Windows Vista administrators. In the Search box of the Start Menu enter "cmd" and then hit enter. In the Command Prompt window you will have to type "control userpasswords2." This'll cause Windows Vista UAC to ask for elevated privileges and then to display a User Accounts panel.

In this window you'll find centralized all the user accounts on the computer. You will be able to easily add or remove users and even edit the properties of the user accounts including name, description and group membership. You'll also be able to permit user Logon without authentication and even reset user passwords effortlessly. A list of all the local user accounts will be available at your finger tips. Additionally, administrators can manage all the passwords stored on the machine, enable secure logon or access the advanced user management option.
