With the arrival of Guitar Hero II on the Xbox 360, a contingent of new content for the game has already hit Xbox Live. Activision and RedOctane are promising new tracks every month, and new packs are now available for 500 Microsoft points a pop, with three songs included in each.
The songs in the three new packs will include tracks from the original Guitar Hero, and will be available on the Marketplace for just over 6 USD each.
Track Pack 1 includes Ozzy Osbourne's Bark at the Moon, The Exies' Hey You, and Motorhead's Ace of Spades. Track Pack 2 covers Queen's Killer Queen, The Donnas' Take it Off, and The Edgar Winter Group's Frankenstein. Finally there's Track Pack 3, featuring the Red Hot Chili Peppers' Higher Ground, Bad Religion's Infected and Incubus' Stellar.
We're told the tracks in these new packs have been modified with extra bass and rhythm sections to better take advantage of GHII's multiplayer mode.
There's also two new picture packs available on Live, for 100 points a go, and three themes can be yours for 150 points each.
