Hatem on ajax magazine has writen a plugin called “Pin Plugin for Prototype”. The plugin is aimed to remember field's values in the extensively used forms. When a user has some repetitive fields to enter, he can activate the pin plugin in front of the field and memorize it for the next action. The plugin simply use prototype and cookies ( here ). It works on single input, and doesn’t support multiple select yet.
