After the last post of the latest Morfik AppsBuilder, you might be interested to know more on how and where to use Morfik. Even still in beta, there are over 50 companies developing applications with it right now from telecom, helpdesk, church management, hotel reservation, ERP, tax-fiscal applications for associations, On-line Cabinet Configurator (using SVG), extranet ... etc.

The idea of creating AJAX applications that could be used from a browser and in the same time running offline and online, gives in reality to both developers and end-users an extensive way to increase productivity and create innovative business solutions.

Morfik have a strong SalesForce Integration via Service Connectors. We can mention here that Morfik is currently in production use by Altium across three applications complementing Salesforce.com. You can see one of them at http://casestudies.morfik.com.

The offline feature of Morfik AppsBuilder gives the IDE more flexibility to replace desktop applications and create innovative applications. You can not only create offline applications, but you can also communicate between different applications thanks to webservices. The usages are unlimited, and I see lots of usage in Government applications to create distributed web-based applications which can connect to database, work offline or interact between each others.
