The real winners in any console war are the people who wait a while, enjoy their current systems, and then upgrade a year or so after each system comes out. You get lower prices, you can be more confident in your hardware, and of course you have your choice of all the patched-up games that now have plenty of content to pick up online. Microsoft will be releasing the next batch of Platinum Hits games for the 360 next month, with each game priced at $30. What games will be included in this line?

  • Battlefield 2: Modern Combat (Electronic Arts)
  • Burnout Revenge (Electronic Arts)
  • Call of Duty 2 (Activision)
  • Dead or Alive 4 (TECMO Inc.)
  • Fight Night Round 3 (Electronic Arts)
  • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter (Ubisoft)
  • Top Spin 2 (2K Sports)
  • Rockstar Games presents Table Tennis (Rockstar Games)
