Microsoft has quitely made available a version of Windows NetMeeting that will work on Windows Vista. This is not a public download so you will need to contact Microsoft support if you have a need for its downlevel collaboration capabilities. Do note that it will disable glass when it launches and that the remote desktop capabilities have been removed.
