Last night, Nintendo had a little surprise for us. They launched the “Everybody Votes� channel. The channel basically is just one big poll taking machine. It allows you to register you Mii to vote on Nintendo approved questions. And these are some hard-hitting questions. Questions that require a lot of thought, research, and guts to answer. Such as “Which is a more romantic Valentine’s Day gift?� and “Do you prefer dogs or cats?

I spent some time with this new channel last night and I have to say that it is a nice little FREE channel that I’m sure everyone will pick up just to try out. I really don’t see this getting too big though, since who really likes answering poll questions on a $250 console instead of playing games. But this channel got me excited for what surprises Nintendo has planned for the Wii.
