id Software announced today that their PC shooter Quake Wars: Enemy Territory will be making it’s way to the Xbox 360 and PS3. This is huge news since this game was already generating a lot of buzz because the development team behind the hugely popular Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory was going to be behind this game as well.

The PS3 version of this game is going to be developed by Z-Axis (who actually only developed X-Men: The Official Game), while the 360 version is going to be developed by none other than Nerve Software (who worked on the multi-player for Return To Castle Wolfenstein).
