Nowadays, the security of our computers is important not only for us, but also for security companies that are continuously working on powerful solutions to defend our systems. The majority of users already own an antivirus solution or a firewall meant to protect the computer but sometimes, installing those turns out to be useless. In our days, the viruses and other malicious files are more and more popular being distributed via the most used Internet protocols such as file transfer clients, websites or e-mail messages. As you surely know, an infected file can harm and damage our computer but the most important problem is represented by the infections that can steal our financial or bank information and send it to attackers.

So, it's obvious that we must install a powerful solution to protect our computer. Symantec is a security company that designed the well-known Norton antivirus solution, a program that is currently installed on millions of computers. The security firms recently released the beta version of their latest application, Norton 360, that is regarded as the perfect solution to fight against all kinds of threats.

Because it is available only for beta testers, Norton 360 doesn't contain all the features that will be available in the final version but a lot of users registered for the beta program and installed the utility. Symantec published a press release on the official page to announce that more than 100.000 users tried the latest security solution.

“Symantec Corp. today announced that its upcoming all-in-one consumer security service, Norton 360, has secured more than 100,000 registered beta testers worldwide after just two months in public beta. Norton 360 brings together Symantec’s leading PC security and tuneup technologies with essential transaction security protection, automated backup capabilities and embedded support,
