Even after Yahoo’s acquisition of MyBlogLog there are still some connections between the company and Amazon.com. Has anyone else noticed that when MyBlogLog loads they serve pixels from AmazonAWS.com?

That is the domain and server from Amazon Web Services and MyBlogLog is hosting its faceroll images and user picture galleries on Amazon’s servers. Example (you can change the four digit number in URL to find random pics, like this one) : http://s3.amazonaws.com/mbl_pic/2543.jpg

It is quite interesting after the Flickr integration of photos into MyBlogLog that Yahoo is still using Amazon to host new images and wonder when Yahoo will be transitioning the image hosting from Amazon’s servers over to their own.
