Yahoo was set to launch on Friday a new Web site designed to offer personal finance information to consumers. Yahoo Personal Finance builds on Yahoo's popular finance site and adds free tools and how-to guides for tax planning, budgeting, real estate planning, and saving for college and retirement. It also offers calculators to help determine things like loan payments. Yahoo has licensed content from 25 partners including CNNMoney.com, Consumer Reports, The Motley Fool and The Wall Street Journal. The site also integrates pertinent Yahoo Answers that have been editorially culled from the question-and-answer site.
