Upload, Animate, and make your Pictures Talk with Budsmack!
You upload a picture of a person, adjust several parameters that allow the app to animate properly, type a message up to 200 characters, select a voice and watch. It converts text to speech and animates the picture to match so it looks like the person is talking. It is a lot of fun and you can save and send them to people.
