Elizabeth Souther Tarbell, has launched Vivapop —”A revolutionary, web-based schedule management and communication system for families, businesses and communities, vivapop offers more than traditional calendaring functionality. It actually links users to current, managed content — hundreds of community resources, programs and event information — that can be popped into one’s calendar with the click of a mouse.”

Because this content is managed by participating program providers, all scheduling changes are automatically updated in the user’s vivapop calendar — eliminating the need to confirm scheduled events. Using cutting edge technology, vivapop syncs to personal digital assistants (PDAs), including iCal, Palm and Outlook, and features a dial-in (IVR) component, so users can retrieve and add scheduling information on-the-go, by PDA or phone.
