Microsoft execs have said publicly to expect the next build of Windows Vista to be Release Candidate 1. But they’ve been less clear as to whether they would continue distributing interim, monthly test builds to a subset of technical testers. Now we have more clarity: Jeff Putt, Director of Windows Client in Microsoft’s Australian subsidiary, says Microsoft will continue releasing monthly Vista test builds as the product moves toward release-to-manufacturing.
