Samsung SDI creates new 3D AMOLED display
Samsung's — has developed a new display technology — which they want to be into cellphones and handhelds — their 4.3-inch active matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) promises to be the "the world's highest definition" portable 3D display.
