JotSpot announced it is partnering with salesforce.com to integrate its entire range of collaborative products into the salesforce.com AppExchange. I asked Joe Kraus, co-founder and CEO of JotSpot, how this partnership with Salesforce.com fits in to the Web Office model that I've been exploring here on ZDNet. Joe said:

"Salesforce.com has the tools to help you close a deal. But once the deal is signed, the implementers leave Salesforce.com and move to the old world of emailing spreadsheets around to keep track of team members, action items and other implementation information. By integrating JotSpot Tracker into Salesforce.com, users can create shared, web-based spreadsheets that eliminate versionitis, guarantee access to the latest information and can be shared with your extended team — people inside and outside your company." |
