Seattle based Jobster will announce the acquisition of brand new startup Jobby. Terms are not being disclosed.
GoJobby is an online service currently in Beta (Powered by the WASP for PHP Development Framework) is a new way to think about online resumes. Jobby serves two primary markets, individuals who are looking to get hired (or are willing to be headhunted) and businesses who are looking to hire.

Jobby also allows employers to search for highly specific skillsets and subscribe to future results via RSS”. The Ajaxified interfaced for filling in skill/resume information, along with the excellent search features results in a really cool user experience.
Whereas, Jobster is a Settale based, provides a destination on the Internet where jobseekers can search jobs from across the web and request and receive referrals from the people they know. Once referred through Jobster, jobseekers standout in the hiring process.
