The Windows Live Mail beta is only available in the following countries: U.S., U. K., Germany, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Japan, France, China, Canada, and Australia.
To get your invite you will need to visit Microsofts Live Mail invitation page, or alternatively if you can’t be bothered waiting for the big M you might like to try one of these sites that have been known to give away Live Mail ivites for free:-
