Both the wheel and the mouse buttons have been silenced and when compared to a regular mouse is 5 times more silent. The Silent Mouse uses a USB interface and is compatible with Microsoft Windows 2000/XP and Mac OS X. The Silent Mouse uses a 800 dpi optical sensor and measures 60×105x35mm with a weight of 90 grams.
